How to do it:
Tame hair with strategically placed pinned back pieces. Pull 1/2 inch sections back, secure with bobby pin x. Tuck bobby pins under next strand.
Time to do it: About 10 seconds a strand, mostly to choose location
Creates a sleek look to decrease the poof. Elegant for midday errands.
