A Twist on the Twist

Taking two strands (one in each hand) twist firmly around each other until you teach the tips. Holding the twist between your finger and thumb, loosen your grip and let it unwind slowly until it stops moving. Let go completely and your hair should actually stay this way with no elastic. If needed, use mousse, hairspray and elastics if you need a firmer hold (you may if you have shorter hair or very thick strands). Love! I made this up at a traffic light today.
