Chain link strands half up
How to do it:
Pull a 1/2 inch strand from near or next to your face. Smooth the pieces well and tie the two pieces into a loose knot. Smooth. Repeat. After about 10 knots you will have a nicely linked strand. Secure with tiny elastic and pin strategically with bobby pin (make sure you hide it in your hair). Repeat strands so you have 2 on each side of your face.
Time to do it: 5 minutes
I need to learn a lesson in taking pictures before my hair falls. I also forgot to bring tiny elastics with me so this isn't secured to my liking. I'll try to recreate one of the strands so you can see up close what it looks like. This was a really fun, kind of funky without being too young for my age do.
